Examen Meditation Session
Space is limited. Please RSVP February 23.
A time to pause, breathe deeply and reflect, this Ignatian meditation session combines the structure of the Examen with the healing qualities of meditation. In a busy and often over-stimulating world, this session provides the opportunity to tune back into the body’s messages, as a starting point to quieting the mind, enough to hear God’s voice in our life.
Holly will guide some gentle movement in a seated position. Jack McLinden, SJ, will accompany the session.
No prior experience with meditation or movement is necessary.
We invite you to wear what you feel comfortable in, seated on the floor or in a chair.
Light refreshments, wine, beer, cheese, and vegetables, will be provided. Please let us know if you have any food allergies.
Doors open 6:45 p.m.
Free parking available in lot west of building.
